ROSIE MOORE

Rosie is a specialist physiotherapist with a focus on pelvic health and women’s health, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond.
She works with women who may be experiencing discomfort, uncertainty, or changes in their body - and are looking for clear, personalised support to feel stronger, more confident, and more like themselves again.
With over 18 years of clinical experience across NHS, hospital, and specialist settings, Rosie brings a depth of knowledge alongside a calm, thoughtful approach. Her work is rooted in understanding the whole person, not just the condition, combining hands-on treatment with rehabilitation to support long-term recovery.
Rosie has undertaken advanced training in pelvic health, alongside additional qualifications in areas such as acupuncture, scar therapy, Pilates, and musculoskeletal treatment. She also has a particular interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, integrating this into her clinical care.
Alongside her work in women’s health, Rosie has experience in paediatric physiotherapy, supporting babies and young children with developmental concerns and conditions such as torticollis.
Her approach is gentle, thorough, and movement-led - creating a space where you feel listened to, supported, and empowered in your recovery.
