Clinic Terms and Conditions
By booking and attending an appointment with Nurture & Thrive Norfolk, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments
Â
All appointments are subject to availability. Please ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date.
Appointments are scheduled for a set duration. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, and the full fee will still apply.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Missed appointments (non-attendance) are also non-refundable.

All Practitioners at Nurture & Thrive Norfolk are qualified professionals working within their scope of practice.
Care provided is based on individual assessment and clinical judgement. As every person is different, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Our services are not a replacement for medical care. If you have concerns about your health or your child’s health, you should seek advice from your GP, health visitor, or relevant medical professional.

5. Medical Information
Â
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health or your child’s health. This includes informing your Practitioner of any changes in symptoms, diagnosis, or medication, as this may affect your care.

6. Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you provide informed consent for assessment and treatment.
For infants and children under 18, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present during the appointment.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of any appointment involving a child.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families at all times.
